ME
My 3-STEP CONCEPT
Every company has its own supply chain priorities and requirements. What they all have in common is the need for optimisation. And, in view of the current challenges, this is more urgent than ever.
With my 3-step concept, I offer a proven top-down strategy to make your supply chain management more powerful and resilient.
The strategy determines the processes.
And the processes determine the tools and the structures.
In the first step, I collect and analyse all relevant data.
Next, I create the totality of all supply chains (end-to-end).
And finally, I link and calculate all logistics costs.
RESULT
Customised KPIs that decision-makers can use to make
their logistics processes more:
efficient! reliable! crisis-proof! and cost-effective!

LOGISTICS OF THE
FUTURE
Until a few years ago, logistics was all about globalisation. More goods, more frequent deliveries,
worldwide shipping in the shortest possible time. Supply chains circled the globe and, with a few
exceptions, functioned smoothly.
